LifeSignals specializes in wireless healthcare monitoring technology through its advanced wearable biosensors. The company's flagship product, the UbiqVue 2A multi-parameter system, received FDA 510(k) clearance for continuous wireless remote patient monitoring. The chest-worn biosensor monitors multiple physiological parameters including SpO₂ levels, pulse rate, respiration rate, photoplethysmography (PPG), and body temperature. The data is encrypted and transmitted in near real-time to a secure cloud-based system, allowing healthcare professionals to access information and receive alerts through a web portal.

The company's product portfolio includes the LX1550 Multiparameter Remote Monitoring Platform, which measures five vital signs including skin temperature and respiration rate for up to five days. LifeSignals also offers the FDA-cleared Wearable Biosensor with 4-in-1 capabilities including MCT, Holter, Extended Holter, and Wireless Event monitoring, which can record ECG continuously for up to 30 days.

In March 2020, LifeSignals merged with Ireland-based connected health provider Renew Health to form LifeSignals Group. In March 2023, the company partnered with Amala Hospital in Kerala, India, to implement its iMS technology across cardiology and medicine departments. The company has also successfully implemented its monitoring systems in hospitals for Covid-19 patients in India and has expanded its presence to Europe, UK, Singapore, and the Philippines.

In January 2023, UltraLinQ healthcare Solutions partnered with LifeSignals to launch an end-to-end Wireless Holter Monitoring ECG Analysis and Reporting System. The company works with OEMs, service providers, IDTFs, and distributors globally to deploy its healthcare monitoring solutions.
