Salted is a developer of gluten-free virtual restaurant brands. The company operates a range of restaurant brands designed to cater to various dietary needs including: 1) “Califlower Pizza,” a pizza brand built on a gluten-free, soy-free, and nut-free crust; 2) “Thrive Kitchen,” which offers a menu of low-carb, low-calorie, and keto-friendly items; and 3) “$5 Salad Company,” a salad bowl brand with affordable and healthy menu options. As of October 2023, Salted operated in 25 locations across nine states in the US, with plans to expand to 60 locations in 2024.

In October 2023 , Salted raised USD 14 million in a Series B round led by Creadev to expand the company’s geographical presence, hire new staff, and expand the product portfolio with acquisitions.
