Lyric Health

Lyric Health is a virtual primary care platform that provides comprehensive telehealth services. Originally founded in 2015 under the name MyTelemedicine, Lyric Health offers a range of services, including virtual urgent care, primary care, behavioral healthcare, care navigation, lab testing, and assessments. The platform enables 24/7 access for users to its network of board-certified physicians, psychologists, psychiatrists, and dermatologists, and telehealth services across all devices and modalities. Lyric Health's technology stack is built in a HITRUST-compliant environment, is HIPAA-compliant, and is certified with LegitScript and Surescripts. It incorporates AI and machine learning to augment patient-physician interaction.

In June 2022, Lyric Health introduced Caregiver Support tools, allowing patients and providers to include family members, caregivers, or specialty providers in multiway video sessions. The feature supports an integrated approach to treatment plans, particularly beneficial for patients with chronic conditions or mental health challenges. Lyric Health's services are designed to reduce out-of-pocket expenses for employees and lower claim costs for employers' group healthcare plans. 

Key customers and partnerships

As of January 2023, Lyric Health served over five million patients across the US. 

Lyric Health has established partnerships with several organizations to expand its services and reach. In January 2023, the company partnered with MDsave, an online medical service platform, to provide access to MDsave's national directly contracted network of over 5,000 providers offering 2,000 distinct procedures across 30 specialties. The partnership allowed Lyric Health's patients and employer partners to access fully bundled services through an integrated platform.
