Angelaw

Angelaw is a contract lifecycle management (CLM) software designed specifically for startups and small-to-medium businesses (SMBs). The platform enables users to generate, consolidate, and negotiate legal documents efficiently without incurring additional fees. Developed in collaboration with the renowned law firm August Debouzy, Angelaw's mission is to transform the way companies manage their day-to-day contracts, such as non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), employment contracts, terms and conditions, and sales agreements.

Angelaw's all-in-one contract management software allows users to centralize and automate their legal processes throughout the entire contract lifecycle. The platform leverages machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI) to create tailored contracts that adapt to the specific needs of each business. By encapsulating the legal expertise of August Debouzy into its AI models, Angelaw ensures that its clients receive personalized and legally compliant contract solutions.

In addition to contract generation, Angelaw offers features like AI-assisted negotiation, electronic signatures, and intelligent archiving, streamlining every stage of the contract process.
