Goodlord

Based in London, Goodlord is an end-to-end leasing platform that enables property owners to manage the entire pre-tenancy process. The platform automates compliance procedures and the manual tasks of tenancy progression (automated offer letter and contract generation, secure digital payments and signing, and automated distribution of legislative documents) so that landlords can spend less time on administrative work.

Through a partnership with fintech startup Modulr, Goodlord also offers virtual banking services to its clients so they can make rent payments through a dedicated bank account. This service helps to track rental payments. The company has also made several acquisitions to expand its product offerings, and most recently acquired acasa, a British household management and bill splitting platform, for an undisclosed amount in October 2021. 

In October 2019, the company raised USD 13.1 million in a Series B funding round, bringing the total funding to USD 34 million.
