Gleen AI offers a GenAI customer service chatbot aimed at technical communities within platforms like Discord. It also offers marketing content generation and support services for IT and developers. Gleen’s chatbot can be built on OpenAI’s GPT-4 model or the customers own proprietary large language models (LLMs), fine-tuned for company-specific information. The platform can also integrate with leading knowledge bases and help desks. Gleen's unique selling point is its proprietary search algorithm, which allows it to provide precise responses based on domain knowledge, making it particularly effective in highly technical subject-matter discussions.

To combat hallucination, Gleen has developed its own machine-learning layer, which draws from enterprise knowledge. It cross-checks responses from LLMs like OpenAI to ensure accuracy. Gleen's model has been trained on 100,000 pairs of questions and answers.
