 Protect AI, a company specializing in AI and ML security, has raised USD 60 million through a Series B funding round. The funding was led by Evolution Equity Partners and saw participation from other investors such as One Advisors, StepStone Group, Samsung, and existing investors. Up to now, Protect AI has accumulated a total of USD 108.5 million from various fundraising.
 The newly raised capital will be allocated into several key areas. It will be used to improve Protect AI's AI security posture management platform. Part of the funding will also be directed towards expanding customer success and sales resources, advancing R&amp;D, and strengthening their channel programs. The company also aims to hire 50 additional employees by the completion of 2024.
