AlayaCare provides cloud-based solutions for senior caregiving agencies across the care continuum. AlayaCare’s software enables agencies to streamline their intake and referral processes, manage integrated care plans, deliver coordinated care, optimize payroll and human resources, bill multiple payers, comply with visit verification mandates, manage visits in real time, communicate and store personal health information, gain business and client health insights, build an ecosystem of care, customize care delivery, and create custom integrated workflows. The company also provides a family engagement platform solution, a marketplace for agencies to hire caregiving staff, and an AI-based solution that helps agencies optimize operations, predict churn, and automatically transcribe clinical notes.

AlayaCare also offers AlayaCare University, a caregiver training platform that provides a video library of best practices and workflows, learning and knowledge management tools that helps agencies upskill and certify staff, and a customizable and white-labeled LMS platform allowing agencies to brand, and upload their own content to train staff with specific processes.

Key customers and partnerships

In June 2024, the AlayaCare was selected by Carius Home Care, a home care service provider for seniors, as its technology partner. Through the partnership, Carius Home Care began using AlayaCare's platform to manage all aspects of its home care operations, including client management, scheduling, and invoicing. AlayaCare's Family Portal, which enables frequent updates on care progress and encourages proactive engagement with clients' families, was noted to be a deciding factor in selecting the company as Carius' partner.
