RDARS Inc. is an autonomous robotics and drone technology company that develops advanced autonomous drone and robotic systems for alarm system augmentation and surveillance. The company's flagship product is the Eagle Watch Platform, comprising Eagle Eye (a drone), Eagle Nest (a drone station), Eagle Rover (an indoor robotic system), and Eagle Watch Command & Control Software.

RDARS possesses disruptive technology that enhances the security industry's approach to protecting commercial, industrial, and residential properties by introducing autonomous artificial intelligence systems. These systems allow real-time response, situation awareness, verification, intervention, evidence recording, data capture, analysis, and immediate data transmission to public safety agencies. Upon a security breach, RDARS can receive, analyze, and downstream data to inform authorities about potential perpetrators before they arrive at the property.

In July 2023, RDARS integrated SpaceX's Starlink satellite internet service into its Eagle Nest Off-Grid solution. This integration enables the deployment of the Eagle Eye drone with solar power, communications, and shelter, even in remote locations, while maintaining complete operational control over the system through Starlink's connectivity.

RDARS opened its first manufacturing facility in Pickering, Ontario, in September 2022, where it began producing the Eagle Eye and Eagle Nest products. In October 2022, the company completed its first production run of the upgraded Eagle Eye v2.5 and Eagle Nest v2.5, featuring enhanced capabilities such as improved "Detect and Avoid" functionality, propeller shrouds, robust weather protection, and long-range radio communication.

In November 2023, RDARS announced its first pre-market sales of the Eagle Watch Platform, generating revenue of USD 240,000 in the third quarter of 2023, concurrent with receiving its first BVLOS (Beyond Visual Line of Sight) Certificate of Waiver from the Federal Aviation Authority (FAA) in the US.
