Midnight Gaming Corporation

Midnight Gaming Corporation is a leading esports media and entertainment company known for creating esports teams and operating media platform GTV. It has a global entertainment network that delivers esports content, corporate partnerships, and sponsor advertisements through GTV, which hosts the worlds top esports talent, celebrities, and programming.

In January 2023, Midnight Gaming reached a deal to buy Canadian esports infrastructure company TGS Esports (TGS). The agreement involved Midnight buying all of TGS's outstanding shares for CAD 18.8 million (~USD 14.1 million). TGS, founded in 2018, owns Canada’s first esports arena, The Gaming Stadium (opened in 2019), where it hosts esports leagues, tournaments, and events.

The deal is expected to close by Q2 2023 and supports Midnight Gaming’s venture into organizing physical esports tournaments. Following the purchase, Midnight Gaming intends to list on the Nasdaq to attract more investment. TGS CEO, Spiro Khouri, will become the CEO of Midnight Gaming, while the current Midnight CEO will act as the Executive Chairman.
