Cycle Platform operates a business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) platform that enables a circular business model for the luxury fashion industry. The company aims to disrupt the traditional linear fashion model by facilitating circularity - allowing customers to return items at the end of each season.

Cycle Platform's technology platform combines an ecommerce marketplace for luxury and streetwear fashion brands with a reverse logistics system for product returns. Customers can purchase products from curated high-end labels on the marketplace. After using the items for a single season, they have the option to return these products back to Cycle Platform.

The returned inventory is then inspected, refurbished if needed, and re-sold on the platform's secondary marketplace at discounted prices, extending the lifecycle of the fashion items. This circularity reduces waste while providing customers access to luxury brands through multiple use-cycles at different affordable price points.

Cycle Platform's differentiated business model disrupts linear consumption of luxury goods by enabling a closed loop system. It generates revenues through commissions on primary sales, resale of returned inventory on the secondary market, as well as fees for repair/refurbishment services.
