Further, its “One AI” technology combines machine learning capabilities into its One Model platform. The platform claims that it is able to predict the likelihood of an employee resigning within a specific time frame, factoring in aspects such as time since last promotion, and daily commute.

1) People Analytics Enterprise: Provides all features such as unlimited HR system data integration and other tools.

2) People Analytics Essentials: Only provides integration of a single HR data system and a few other tools.

3) People Analytics Data Mesh: Provides unlimited HR analytics data integrations.

Funding and financials

In August 2023, One Model raised USD 41 million in a Series B funding round led by Riverwood Capital. The raised capital was earmarked to support various growth initiatives at One Model, including technology enhancement, product development, customer success, and go-to-market strategies.
