PaxFlow develops AI-backed software solutions for boat, bus, and day tour operators to manage daily operations. Initially, PaxFlow was a project within Origo, an Icelandic IT service and products company. However, it has since become an independent company while Origo retains a stake in it. The company offers two products: PaxFlow Operation Management which streamlines business activity and includes features such as booking data analytics via its CRM, staff scheduling, fleet management, third-party integration functionality, and an analytics dashboard; and PaxPortal, which provides customers with a self-service portal to manage their bookings. Integrations offered include booking and reservation software Bokun (added in April 2022); Sling for shift scheduling, and Twillio for messaging services, among others.
PaxFlow offers different pricing plans per month: USD 99, USD 199, and USD 399. For PaxPortal, the company offers a freemium pricing model, with the paid subscription plan priced at USD 49 per month. In addition, the company provides a custom enterprise solution for larger tour operators.
