Roibos is a B2B hotel distribution marketplace that enables hotels and travel operators to connect directly without intermediaries. It offers customized commissions for each travel operator, allowing hotels to adjust the commissions from their dashboards. For travel operators, Roibos offers access to multiple hotels for direct contracting and provides access to dynamic rates. The platform offers total control of distributed rates and implements strategies to achieve rate parity and protect agreements. All bookings on Roibos are secured by a credit card payment system, which generates a Virtual Credit Card (VCC) that can be credited before the guest's arrival at the hotel. Furthermore, travel operators can access real-time availability, rates, and content directly from the hotel, helping to reduce administrative, contracting, and operational costs. Roibos also offers complete transparency by providing hotel contact information, better rooms and rates, the ability to make special requests, and direct contact in case of changes. The Amigos Program allows travel operators to invite directly contracted hotels to the Roibos marketplace and pay no fees for bookings. Hotels that travel agencies on Roibos can connect to include Hilton, Zafiro, htop, Grupo, and Brisas.

To generate revenue, Roibos charges hotels USD 1.25 per room night, to be paid fortnightly from the client's arrival to the hotel.
