In May 2021, the company acquired HomeSpotter, a real estate software solutions provider, for an undisclosed amount. HomeSpotter provides real estate software solutions that enable real estate agents, brokerages, and MLSs to develop relationships among themselves and with their customers. Prior real estate acquisitions made by the company include W+R Studios (a web software provider) in 2020, ZipLogic (a provider of electronic forms and transaction management systems for the real estate industry) in 2019, and Instanet Solutions (a platform that provides transaction management, electronic forms, and electronic signature solutions for real estate professionals) in 2017, for undisclosed amounts.
