Arrive

Arrive (formerly known as ParkWiz) is an enterprise-level parking app providing integrated solutions for both users and operators in the parking market. On the user’s side, Arrive offers two brands of parking apps (ParkWiz and Best Parking) for commuters, fleet, and mobility companies, to discover, book, and prepay for parking space. In March 2020, the firm acquired sPARK, a parking discovery platform, to extend the capabilities of its app to include an AI-powered smart parking recommendation engine.

In May 2018, subsequent to its acquisition of parking management startup CodiPark, the firm shifted its focus toward providing an enterprise-level parking management solution. Arrive provides a number of white-label or co-branded solutions for city municipalities and parking operators to 1) manage parking inventory via technologies such as Bluetooth sensors and beacons, 2) analytical tools for dynamic pricing, and 3) touchless payments. In January 2021, Arrive merged with Flash Parking, a B2B parking management platform, creating what the firm claims to be the first smart parking app providing end-to-end parking solutions for both users and parking providers.

Arrive’s parking app stands out from other parking app providers by claiming to be the only firm to integrate with a variety of data sources such as navigation devices, traffic, weather, on-street and off-street parking pricing, and availability, through a single app interface.

Key customers and partnerships

As of January 2019, the firm claims that over 40 million commuters have used its ParkWiz app which is availble in ~230 cities across the US and Canada

The firm also has parking management solutions for event organizers in partnership with firms such as Ticketmaster, Waze, and LiveNation, which it claims would result in a ~35% increase in event spend due to improving customer experience. The firm also partnered with airlines and travel companies like Lufthansa and Spirit to help travelers better manage travel costs.
