BrainCheck offers cognitive healthcare products that help physicians assess and track the mental health of their patients, especially the senior population. Patients are given a range of tests to examine different types of brain functions, such as memory, attention, and reasoning. The tests are designed to evaluate the reaction times and accuracy of results. Tests can be administered in front of a physician or they can be conducted through telemedicine.
BrainCheck's standard battery, Assess, is designed to detect signs of cognitive impairment associated with conditions like dementia and Alzheimer's disease in as little as 15 minutes. It has been clinically validated to provide accuracy comparable to traditional cognitive tests. The platform also includes Screen, a 3-minute cognitive health check, and Plan, which helps clinicians generate evidence-based care plans.
The company’s technology aims to enable earlier detection of cognitive issues and more efficient care delivery. The company states that its solutions can be used remotely or in clinical settings, making cognitive assessments more accessible.
