ZingHR’s “HR Ground Zero” segment includes solutions to help businesses with setting up HR workflows, role authorization and responsibility mapping, onboarding, employee record maintenance, organizational structure visualization, HR analytics, and reporting. Its “Workforce Management” segment includes a range of solutions for payroll processing, compliance policy streamlining, time tracking, travel and expenses management, and tools for overall employee life cycle management. ZingHR also provides solutions for HR budgeting, recruitment, and features a job portal integrated with third-party job sites and an app to digitally onboard candidates under its “Talent Acquisition” segment. The “Talent Management” segment features solutions to facilitate performance management, succession planning, OKR management, and employee career growth. It also includes a learning management system (LMS). Further, ZingHR’s offerings include employee engagement solutions to provide rewards and recognition, conduct surveys, and measure employee engagement and sentiments.
In its latest funding round in January 2022 , ZingHR raised INR 743 million (approx. USD 10 million) in funding led by Tata Capital Growth Fund, in exchange for a 33% stake in the company. As of January 2022, the company operates in Australia, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, with plans to expand to Europe, North Africa, the US, and more countries in the Middle East. During the preceding 12 months, ZingHR was profitable, with an annualized revenue run rate of USD 10 million. It planned to grow this by 10x in the following 12–18 months.
