Zaros Finance offers a decentralized exchange (DEX) platform that enables users to trade perpetual contracts on a range of cryptocurrencies. Built on Arbitrum, an Ethereum Layer 2 network, the platform provides a range of supplementary features including account abstraction, which allows users to manage multiple sub-accounts as well as skew caps and open interest caps, which enables the listing of experimental markets. Users can also deposit 15 types of cryptocurrencies as margin collateral and trade with up to 100x leverage.
Moreover, Zaros provides single-sided liquidity pools (ZLP Vaults) for users to deposit liquid staking tokens from DeFi protocols such as Lido and EigenLayer and earn yields by acting as market makers for the exchange. The protocol also offers a native cryptocurrency named ZRS, which it plans to launch via an initial DEX offering at the end of May 2024.
Funding and financials
In May 2024, Zaros raised USD 1.8 million in funding from several unnamed investors.
