Nasuni is a hybrid cloud storage solution that provides a scalable file data platform designed to meet demands of modern enterprises operating in hybrid cloud environments. Its cloud-native architecture enables scalability, built-in security, and fast Edge performance. The Nasuni File Data Platform consolidates Network Attached Storage (NAS) and backup systems, eliminates data silos, and streamlines management without requiring changes to existing applications or workflows. 

In addition, its continuous file versioning technology captures file changes as frequently as every few minutes and stores them as immutable versions in the cloud object storage, which enables rapid ransomware recovery by allowing organizations to restore individual files, entire file shares, or complete volumes to a point in time just before a ransomware attack occurred, minimizing data loss and avoiding costly ransom payments.

In March 2024, Nasuni launched Nasuni Edge for Amazon S3, a cloud-native, distributed solution that allows enterprises to accelerate data access and delivery times while ensuring low-latency access crucial for Edge workloads, including cloud-based AI/ML applications. 

Additionally, in February 2024, Nasuni introduced Nasuni IQ, a data intelligence capability that helps enterprises manage, assess, and prepare their unstructured data environment for AI. Nasuni IQ provides enhanced visibility and insights, proactive data management, and data curation for AI initiatives.

Nasuni's customer base spans various industries, including manufacturing, construction, energy, consumer goods, and the public sector. As of January 2024, Nasuni catered to 800 enterprise customers, including numerous Fortune 500 companies, across over 70 countries. Key customers include Tommy Bahama, Patagonia, Aedas, Oshkosh Corporation, the State of Vermont, and Autodesk.
