Community X SEEN (CXS) is a creator platform for beauty creators launched by SEEN Group, a global beauty specialist company with clients like Charlotte Tilbury, BYREDO, Fenty Beauty, L'Oréal, TATCHA, Shiseido Fragrances, and Unilever. This platform was initially launched in the UK and has expanded globally to the US, serving 2,000+ creators, as of June 2023.

CXS is designed specifically for beauty creators, who are categorized based on their beauty preferences. Beauty creators can use CXS to form collaborations with beauty brands and monetize their following, while beauty brands can leverage this community for content creation, product trials and reviews, localized events, and collaborations, all while gaining specialized industry insights. Furthermore, CXS provides authentic advocacy to help consumers make more informed purchasing decisions.

CXS invests in creators by providing social upskilling, exclusive access to new brand launches, and paid content collaborations. This helps creators increase their reach and conversion rates while giving brands impactful exposure.

To join CXS, creators must produce beauty-specific content, though there is no minimum number of followers a creator must possess. Once onboarded, the platform aims to empower members by connecting them with brands, offering mentorship and guidance. Creators have the opportunity to collaborate with their favorite beauty brands and participate in creator product drops, where they can receive product launches as gifts from sought-after global beauty brands.

CXS provides support for paid collaborations between brands and creators. If a brand intends to repurpose a creator's content in paid media, the platform ensures that the creator receives fair payment and a proper contract for their work. Additionally, the platform works closely with brands to create customized content and establish paid partnerships with creators. This ensures that both brands and creators have a mutually beneficial relationship and receive appropriate compensation for their contributions.

As at June 2023, CXS appeared to be free for creators, with a business model primarily relying on charging brands for their services.
