Founded in 2023, Enkrypt AI provides a GenAI security and compliance solution that focuses on ensuring the safe adoption of GenAI within enterprises. Its flagship product, Sentry, provides a suite of solutions that acts as a control layer between LLMs and end-users. The Sentry suite includes components such as Sentry Red Team, Sentry Guardrails, and Sentry Compliance, offering a holistic approach to managing and securing LLMs in enterprise environments. Sentry combines visibility and security features to help enterprises detect and mitigate LLM attacks such as jailbreaks and hallucinations, prevent sensitive data leaks, and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory standards with features such as automated monitoring and access controls. The platform has been shown to significantly reduce vulnerabilities across a wide range of LLMs and caters to various sectors such as defense, self-driving cars, music, insurance, and FinTech.

In May 2024, Enkrypt AI introduced the LLM Safety Leaderboard at the RSA conference. This tool, part of the Sentry suite, offers insights into vulnerabilities and hallucination risks of various LLMs, helping technology teams make informed decisions about which models best suit their needs. 

As of August 20254, the platform demonstrated significant reductions in vulnerabilities across various LLMs, including reducing jailbreak incidents from 6% to 0.6% for the LlaMa2-7 billion model. It also claimed to accelerate enterprise GenAI adoption by up to 10x, enabling deployment of applications within weeks compared to the industry forecast of two years.
