In March 2022, Clearsense entered into a long-term strategic agreement with Leidos, a Fortune 500 science and technology leader. This collaboration yielded approximately USD 20 million in savings for a not-for-profit Catholic health system operating 92 hospitals in 22 states through a data transformation program launched in late 2019. Clearsense's archiving and application rationalization solution helped decommission and retire hundreds of applications with high maintenance costs, creating efficiency for organizations.

In September 2022, Clearsense announced a partnership and licensing agreement with UPMC Enterprises to integrate the latter's unstructured data platform, Alexandria Charts, into Clearsense's platform. This integration allows healthcare partners to dive deeper into unstructured patient data for smarter clinical, operational, and financial decisions.
