Toyota Tsusho Corporation (TYO: 8015) is a global trading company and member of the Toyota Group. Established in 1948, Toyota Tsusho serves as the Toyota Group's sole general trading company, gathering information and promoting new business development from a global perspective. The company was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange in 1989.

In April 2023, the company started commercial operations of a power transmission and substation system in northern Hokkaido, Japan, featuring the country's largest lithium-ion storage battery. The company is also constructing one of Japan's largest wind power facilities, with a 540MW output, scheduled for completion in the fiscal year ending March 2026.

In recent developments, Toyota Tsusho has been focusing on electric vehicle (EV) battery production. In June 2023, the company announced an additional investment in Toyota Battery Manufacturing, North Carolina, to increase production capacity for EV batteries. Toyota Tsusho is also expanding its used car export business to over 100 countries worldwide, primarily targeting African markets.
