Koninklijke Ahold Delhaize N.V. (Euronext: AD), commonly known as Ahold Delhaize, is one of the world's largest food retail groups and a leader in both supermarkets and ecommerce. The company was formed in 2016 from the merger of Ahold and Delhaize Group, with roots tracing back to 1887 in the Netherlands and 1867 in Belgium.

Ahold Delhaize operates a portfolio of local grocery and specialty store brands across 10 countries, including Food Lion, Stop & Shop, Giant Food, Hannaford, and The GIANT Company in the US, as well as Albert Heijn in the Netherlands and Delhaize in Belgium. The company's brands offer a wide selection of food products, with a focus on fresh items, quality own-brand ranges, and thousands of non-food items. Ahold Delhaize has also expanded its ecommerce capabilities, operating over 1,500 click-and-collect points in the US and aiming to have 30 million monthly online users by 2028.

In 2023, Ahold Delhaize reported net sales of EUR 88.6 billion, with a strong performance in both the US and European markets. The company is focused on expanding its retail media capabilities, leveraging customer loyalty data to drive sales for CPG partners. Ahold Delhaize has set targets to achieve 4% annual net sales growth between 2025-2028, increase private label products to 45% of sales, and generate EUR 3 billion in additional revenue from new business models by 2028, including retail media and data monetization.
