Parallel is a privately-held, vertically integrated, multi-state cannabis operator based in Atlanta. It has ongoing operations across five markets - Florida, Massachusetts, Nevada, Texas, and Pennsylvania. In Florida, Parallel operates 45 dispensaries and two cultivation facilities under the brand Surterra Wellness, offering a diverse portfolio of branded medical marijuana products. In Massachusetts, it runs three dispensaries and a 43,000-square-foot cultivation facility under the brand New England Treatment Access (NETA). Parallel has two retail pick-up locations and a small cultivation facility in Texas under the brand Goodblend. It also has a joint venture with the Cookies retail brand in Nevada.

Its focus is on compliance, quality, innovation, diversity, inclusivity, and economic empowerment in the industry. As of the second quarter of 2023, Parallel's net revenue was USD 52 million or USD 208 million annualized. In April 2021, Parallel announced a USD 100 million acquisition of six Windy City Cannabis dispensaries in Illinois, though the deal later collapsed. It previously planned to expand to 86 retail outlets across eight states by 2023 but has since revised those projections.
