The firm provides a complete design and development solution with a 30-day reusable packaging analysis, followed by a 60-day customized pilot program to measure performance against key performance indicators (KPIs). Upon successful completion of the pilot, the final phase involves scaling, which includes a 90-day timeframe. In July 2020, Returnity partnered with Polygiene, a company specializing in antimicrobial technology, to launch a new product with antimicrobial treatment, marking a significant step toward safer and more sustainable packaging solutions.
Funding and financials
In February 2022, Returnity raised USD 3.1 million in a Series A funding round led by Brand Foundry Ventures to support the expansion of its operations and the development of reusable packaging systems for multiple industries, including fashion rental and grocery delivery.
