Overclock Labs (OL), creator of the Akash Network, allows developers to deploy and manage their apps across cloud networks in a cloud agnostic manner. Its Decentralized Infrastructure for Serverless Computing Operations (DISCO) open source platform offers support for a wide range of apps, which allows users to avoid vendor lock-in and move across cloud vendors. Users can either deploy the source code on the DISCO platform or build their own containers and deploy the containers of the platform. The company claims its platform is compatible with all cloud providers, and it partnered with cybersecurity firm Polyverse Corporation in 2018 to secure the Akash Network.
