Timbeter is an Estonia-based forest technology company that provides digital timber measurement and data management solutions using machine learning and AI to accurately detect logs, prevent illegal logging, and improve timber supply for log buyers and sellers. The company claims that with its "Timbeter" solution, any user with a smartphone can measure log diameter, log count, and pile density in less than three minutes, making the entire measurement process 15x faster.

The company’s other solutions consist of mobile applications, namely Timbeter Container, Timbeter Log Counter, and a web platform called “Storage Module.” Timbeter Container provides trading companies and log exporters the ability to measure logs in containers, organize their bills of lading, exchange information in real-time, and keep control of sales. Log Counter is used for log counting, for users that need to measure large quantities of logs with the same diameter and length in a few minutes. Storage Module is a cloud computing solution that provides a real-time overview of log measurements and generates reports. In February 2023, the company introduced Timbeter Lumber to count lumber planks using standard mobile devices, capable of detecting different sizes and wood types, with the ability to count hundreds of planks from a single image.

As of August 2023, the company serves customers in 61 countries and has more than 10,000 users who have measured more than 10 million cubic meters. Customers can choose either the monthly subscription or picture-based packages depending on their usage. As of August 2023, Timbeter Container was available on a monthly subscription basis at EUR 250 or USD 300 per month.
