JET Charge is Australia's leading provider of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure and technologies. Founded in 2013, the company specializes in EV charging design, engineering, hardware supply, installation, and technology solutions. JET Charge offers a comprehensive range of charging options, from residential installations to large-scale commercial projects and public charging networks. The company's product portfolio includes AC and DC chargers, with capabilities ranging from 4kW to 350kW charging speeds.

JET Charge has developed proprietary software and energy management tools to integrate EV charging into the electricity grid, focusing on smart charging, demand response, and vehicle-to-grid technologies. All of their software development is done in Australia, tailored for Australian consumers and companies. As of May 2024, JET Charge had installed its 10,000th residential EV charger, demonstrating significant growth in the domestic market. The company's installations have enabled an average emissions reduction of 779kgCO2e per residential installation per year.

In 2023, JET Charge introduced a new business model called Charging as a Service (CaaS). This subscription-based service allows fleet operators to outsource their charging needs through a monthly bundled payment, covering installation, maintenance, and operations. The CaaS project, supported by a USD 12 million grant from the Australian Renewable Energy Agency (ARENA), aims to facilitate the adoption of over 3,100 new EVs with supporting charging infrastructure over a three-year period.

JET Charge has established partnerships with several major automotive manufacturers, government agencies, and corporate entities. The company is a key player in various significant EV infrastructure projects across Australia. In 2022, JET Charge was awarded a contract by the Western Australian government to build 98 fast chargers across 49 locations as part of the state's EV network expansion.

JET Charge has also collaborated with Tritium, another Australian EV charging company, to supply fast chargers for Australia's longest EV highway in Western Australia. In a notable project, JET Charge partnered with Team Global Express and Kempower to deliver charging infrastructure for Australia's largest electric truck trial, involving 60 new battery-electric delivery vehicles in Western Sydney.

The company has worked with various state motoring clubs, including NRMA, RACV, RACQ, RAC, RAA, and RACT, to provide charging solutions. JET Charge has also been involved in projects with the Queensland Electric Super Highway (QESH), local councils, and private organizations such as shopping centers, supermarkets, and universities.
