Harbor is an infant care technology company based in Dallas, Texas, founded in August 2022 by Kevin Lavelle and Charlie Hill. The company's primary offering is an innovative baby monitor system designed to address common frustrations with existing products in the market. Harbor's baby monitor, set to launch in May 2024, features a 2K camera that produces its own Wi-Fi signal, connecting directly to a 10-inch tablet without relying on internet connectivity or smartphone apps. This design aims to provide a more reliable and secure monitoring experience for parents.

The monitor offers local and remote streaming capabilities, split-screen functionality for up to four cameras, and a Smart Audio system for more effective alerting. Harbor's system is also portable, making it suitable for travel use. In addition to the hardware, Harbor provides a Remote Night Nanny service, which allows trained pediatric nurses and infant care specialists to monitor babies remotely overnight. This service is designed to provide parents with expert support and allow them to get more rest, starting at USD 20 per night. Harbor also plans to offer additional telehealth services, including lactation and postpartum counseling, as well as sleep and wellness coaching.
