Ema offers Universal AI Employee, an AI-powered tool for workplaces, capable of executing tasks across various fields to improve technological integration and productivity. Designed to mimic the functions of a human worker, Ema is capable of participating in dialogues, understanding contexts, assimilating ongoing human feedback, reasoning, making decisions, and cooperating with human colleagues on challenging assignments. Ema can automatically resolve a large percentage of tickets, assists agents with relevant information while building and updating the knowledge base for training. It utilizes a proprietary Generative Workflow Engine to automate complex workflows and pulls data from various internal and external sources including enterprise apps, enterprise content, and web data for real-time market updates on regulations, emerging trends, and market competition.

Ema utilizes EmaFusion, a collection of 100+ models (as of August 2024), including GPT-4 by OpenAI, Gemini by Google, Mistral by Mistral AI, Llama-2 by Meta, and its own models. Some of its use cases are sales agent assistance, customer inquiry management, lead management, generating responses and summaries for new request for proposals (RFPs), and checking whether contracts are in compliance with changing regulations.
