Simply Solventless Concentrates

Simply Solventless Concentrates Ltd. (SSC) is a publicly traded company that provides pure, potent, terpene-rich cannabis products to consumers in the Canadian recreational market. Through its brands Astrolab, Frootyhooty, and the recently acquired Lamplighter, SSC offers a diverse range of ready-to-consume (RTC) cannabis products. These offerings include solventless concentrates, live rosin amplified products, ultra-high potency vape cartridges, and infused pre-rolls. SSC's business model focuses on the production and sale of these cannabis concentrate products across multiple provinces, including Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia.

In December 2023, SSC completed a reverse takeover (RTO) transaction, becoming a publicly listed company on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "HASH". Prior to the RTO, the company achieved significant growth, increasing its revenue by 900% and achieving net income profitability while reducing debt from USD 9.1 million to zero over the preceding year and a half.

In January 2024, SSC acquired the Lamplighter brand for USD 600,000, paid through future cash flows from Lamplighter sales. This acquisition added up to 21 additional product listings across large product categories in Ontario, Alberta, and BC, providing access to the BC market. The projected gross revenue from Lamplighter for 2023 and 2024 was USD 6.8 million annually. SSC expects the first Lamplighter sales in February 2024, with full integration of the brand by May 2024.
