Computer simulations have already been conducted successfully, and crash tests with dummies are scheduled for the summer of 2024.
Twiliner aims to launch its first overnight service from Zurich to Barcelona in 2024, subject to obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals. The startup positions its offering as complementary to the existing rail network, targeting routes without existing overnight train connections.
