The company offers flexible payment options, including the use of insurance, co-pay, or a direct payment model with an average care fee of USD 20 per visit. Primary care practice partners receive the same fee for every patient they refer to Mango Health's services.

Mango Health's team of therapists, including Nicole Crain, Ronnie Lee, and Kristen Hoskins, hold PSYPACT credentials, making them licensed therapists in nearly 40 states. For patients outside these states, the company ensures suitable therapists are found.
