Beanstalk Benefits

Beanstalk Benefits offers a benefits management platform for employees to build their own portfolios of health, wealth, and well-being benefits. The company allows employers to sign one contract and pay an annual fee to offer employees solutions on Beanstalk, streamlining the benefits enrollment process. The platform integrates dozens of benefits providers, allowing employees to pay for their chosen benefits using personal or employer-sponsored accounts. 

Beanstalk’s initial suite members included BeME for teen well-being, Upswing Health’s on-demand joint and muscle pain services, parenting resource Vitalxchange, and sobriety app and community Sober Sidekick.

Funding and financials

In April 2024, the company emerged from stealth and raised USD 7.5 million in a seed funding round through Redesign Health. Beanstalk did not disclose what its raised funds would be used for.
