TOKU's innovative solution addresses the challenges faced by the aging oil and gas infrastructure, where an estimated 90% of existing oil wells lack automated monitoring, and 90% of pipelines have no monitoring. By combining an industrial pressure sensor with cutting-edge Industrial internet of Things (IIoT) technology, TOKU offers continuous, real-time visibility into the operating condition of pipelines, wells, tanks, pump jacks, and other critical infrastructure. The fully autonomous TOKU sensor captures second-by-second pressure data, uses cellular communication to send data and immediate notifications of alarm conditions, and has a 360-degree solar panel for self-sustainability. The real-time operational data is visible through TOKU's web-based Illumass interface, viewable from any mobile device. Key customers and partnerships

TOKU Systems has developed a partnership with PT. Fuji Electric Indonesia to bring advanced remote monitoring to the massive energy market in Indonesia. The company found that local wireless carriers' SIMs often took too long to connect or required a username and password, which would leave IIoT devices unable to connect. Soracom was recommended by Fuji Electric based on previous experience, and TOKU's experience with Soracom has been successful. TOKU expects to roll out with Soracom in other markets around the world, including the US, due to the reliability of connection and ease of onboarding.
