As a part of the app’s treatment, it allows users to select comforting objects in a virtual room before beginning stress-relief exercises, an approach the company believes can help provide immediate and personalized sanctuary to users during stressful moments.
The company noted that, as of July 2024, its app had been downloaded over 10,000 times, with a 31% monthly growth rate and an increase in organic traffic.
