USPACE Technology Group Limited (USPACE), formerly Hong Kong Aerospace Technology Group, is a Hong Kong-based commercial aerospace company providing space technology solutions and satellite services. The latter includes satellite and precision electronics manufacturing, satellite launches, satellite data applications, satellite telemetry, and tracking and control (TT&C).

In July 2023, USPACE opened an ISO Class 7 and 8 certified satellite manufacturing facility in Hong Kong with an annual capacity of 500 low-Earth orbit satellites. In July 2024, the company unveiled its optical satellite products ranging from 0.5 meters to 5 meters, with the production of ultra-low-Earth orbit and low-Earth orbit satellites expected to begin by 2025.

As of July 2023, USPACE Group had launched 12 satellites as part of its Golden Bauhinia Constellation project, with further satellite development and launches planned through 2026. The launches included two Golden Bauhinia No.01 satellites in December 2022, followed by No.3, No.4, and No.6 satellites in January 2023 and No.37 and No.38 satellites in June 2023. In June 2024, USPACE completed the production and factory test of the Alya-1 Satellite Constellation for Brazilian aerospace startup Alya Space.

Key customers and partnerships 

In October 2022, USPACE Group signed an MOU with Silver Rock Group Ltd to develop satellite manufacturing centers in the UAE and enter the UAE aerospace sector. Following this, in August 2023, the company partnered with  the Mexican Space Agency for cooperation in satellite manufacturing, space industry supply chains, and talent cultivation.  

In January 2024, USPACE partnered with the Abu Dhabi Ports Company to develop the Abu Dhabi Space Eco City, a project that facilitates the integration of various global commercial aerospace companies to develop an ecological chain of international aerospace technology innovation. In January 2024, the company signed an MoU with the Asia-Pacific Space Cooperation Organization (APSCO), where the latter agreed to purchase remote sensing data from USPACE's Golden Bauhinia Satellite Constellation.   

In February 2024, USPACE signed a cooperation agreement with the China Railway 18th Bureau (Group) Co., Ltd, to receive support for the Abu Dhabi Space Eco City project, which included the introduction of various representative projects in the Middle East to USPACE.
