Uniformity Labs

Uniformity Labs develops additive manufacturing (AM) material and software solutions that target the automotive, heavy equipment, aerospace, government, and energy/oil industries. The company offers pre-printing solutions like parts designing and print optimization as well as post-printing solutions like annealing and finishing. Uniformity Labs also develops metal materials and proprietary alloys for powder bed fusion, jetting, and other platforms. The company claims that its powders have high densities while maintaining the ability to flow without phase separation. 

Key customers and partnerships

In April 2022, Uniformity Labs partnered with AM company Desktop metal to jointly develop low porosity binder jetting powders. It also partnered with medical equipment manufacturer PrinterPrezz in January 2022 to develop advanced medical devices by leveraging laser powder bed fusion and binder jetting technologies.

Funding and financials

In February 2021, Uniformity Labs raised USD 38.35 million in Series B funding to expand production capabilities, expand the team, and develop additional specialized materials.
