The Good Pea Company

The Good Pea Company, founded in May 2020 by Nikki Garg and Su, produces plant-based milk alternatives made from yellow split peas and coconut cream. 

The Good Pea Company offers two main product lines—Original and Barista. The Original variety is claimed to contain 8 g of protein per serving; 50% more calcium than cow's milk; and added vitamins B12, D, and iodine. The Barista version is designed for frothing and use in hot beverages. Both products are claimed to be vegan, GMO-free, nut-free, gluten-free, and dairy-free. 

In October 2024, the company launched an offshoot brand called KWERKY, which introduced powdered plant milk made from a blend of oat and pea protein. The new product was claimed to require 90% less water and generate less packaging waste compared with traditional plant-based milks. One pouch of KWERKY's powdered milk was claimed to make 10 liters of plant-based milk. 

The Good Pea Company's products are claimed to be fully recyclable, aligning with their commitment to sustainability. As of 2023, the company reported that it had sold over 14,000 cartons of its pea milk products.

The company's products are stocked in Selfridges, the upscale department store chain in the UK, as well as 30 independent stores across the UK and Dubai.
