Wingtra

Wingtra is a company that develops and manufactures vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) drones, primarily the WingtraOne series, designed for aerial surveying and mapping applications across various industries. Their flagship product, the WingtraOne GEN II, is a fixed-wing VTOL drone capable of capturing high-resolution imagery and 3D data using its interchangeable camera payloads, including RGB and multispectral sensors.

The WingtraOne GEN II features an efficient VTOL design, allowing it to take off and land vertically like a multirotor while transitioning to fixed-wing flight for extended range and endurance. Wingtra's drones are designed for ease of use, featuring intuitive flight planning software (WingtraPilot) and automated flight modes, allowing operators with minimal training to conduct successful mapping missions. The company also emphasizes customer support, providing comprehensive training programs, knowledge bases, and direct access to the manufacturer's support team.

In October 2022, Wingtra was acquired by Delair, a leading provider of visual data management solutions for enterprise, further expanding their combined capabilities in the aerial mapping and surveying market.
