The company claims its technology significantly reduces production costs by enabling the use of standard extrusion equipment, which eliminates the need for dedicated protein isolate factories that require significant investments. Moreover, its manufacturing process is chemical-free, generates no waste, and uses one-seventh of the energy used by traditional methods.
The company operates through a licensing model, allowing food manufacturers to implement its technology in existing facilities.
