Disperse is a construction technology company founded in London in 2015. The company offers an artificial intelligence-powered platform that helps project managers track work and capture data from building sites. Disperse creates a digital version of construction sites by processing visual data captured through regular 360° camera scans. This technology allows project stakeholders to monitor progress remotely and keep up with developments regardless of their location. The platform combines drawings, plans, construction schedules, and other project elements to help managers oversee everything digitally, reduce risk, and ensure alignment among team members.

The company's AI system can track up to 670 components across various aspects of construction, including superstructure, envelope, MEP systems, and fit-out processes. Disperse's technology is capable of working with both 2D drawings and BIM models, making it adaptable to different stages of a client's BIM journey. In November 2022, Disperse launched Impulse, a new product that integrates performance insights into building elevations and presents issues to project managers. Impulse uses AI to track and highlight potential problems or bottlenecks while they can still be resolved, enabling more informed discussions with trade contractors.

Disperse has expanded its operations beyond London to cover projects in the Midlands, the North, and Ireland in the UK, as well as in New York, Washington, DC, and Florida in the US. Disperse caters to various building types, including residential, commercial, healthcare, education, retail, and manufacturing projects.

Disperse has secured several notable customers in the construction industry. In the UK, the company works with major contractors and developers, including Mace, Multiplex, and Canary Wharf Contractors. In the US, Gilbane is among its clients. Urban Atelier Group has been using the Impulse product as part of its beta testing on a confidential project.
