UK-based Monzo provides banking services to both individuals and businesses online and via a mobile app. It has its own banking license and operates under three segments: consumer banking, personal lending, and business banking.For consumers, it offers free checking accounts and debit cards with features such as P2P payments and overdrafts.  Orange Group, a telecom company based in France, has concluded its discussions with BNP Paribas and reached several agreements that will allow BNP Paribas to offer banking services to Orange Bank customers in France and Spain. The negotiations commenced in <a href="https://sp-edge.com/updates/19815"> June 2023 </a> after Orange Group performed a strategic review of its business arms due to the banking division's losses exceeding EUR 1 billion or USD 1.09 billion.

Through the agreement, Orange Bank customers in France now have the opportunity to experience simplified account creation and dedicated support from Hello Bank!, BNP Paribas's internet bank, as well as access to a variety of financial services such as savings, loans, insurance, trading, and cashback. For customers in Spain, BNP Paribas Personal Finance will provide continuity of banking services via its Cetelem brand.

Until they receive a tailor-made message from the bank outlining future steps, customers can continue to access and use their accounts and services with Orange Bank.&nbsp;
