Descartes Systems Group (TSX: DSG) is a global provider of cloud-based software solutions for logistics-intensive businesses. Founded in 1981 and headquartered in Waterloo, Ontario, Descartes offers software-as-a-service (SaaS) products to help companies route, schedule, track and measure delivery resources, plan and execute shipments, rate and audit transportation invoices, and complete other logistics processes.

In February 2023, Descartes purchased GroundCloud, a final-mile logistics solutions provider, for USD 138 million. The company has also expanded internationally, acquiring Dublin-based Aerospace Software Developments in April 2024 for approximately CAD 83 million to enhance its customs declaration software offerings.
