Polish company XTPL offers 3D printers and materials for additive manufacturing (AM) targeting various applications including the manufacturing of displays, semiconductors, advanced printed circuit boards (PCBs), and biosensors. The company has developed a range of concentrated metallic inks called NanoInks that enables high-resolution printing down to 1 µm for microelectronics. This, combined with the XTPL Delta Printing System, allows users to print ultra-fine structures.
Key customers and partnerships
XTPL has entered into several partnerships relating to electronics printing, including Nano Dimension to develop a nanoparticle-based conductive ink for AM applications in electronics (January 2022), HB Technology to develop ultra-high resolution displays (December 2022), and J.A.M.E.S to offer solutions for the electronics manufacturing industry (May 2023).
In December 2023, the company entered into an agreement with Trident Electronics Technologies to distribute its solutions in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines.
