The company saw significant growth in December 2023, with a 34% increase in consultations across all aspects of well-being in 2023 compared to the previous year. Mental health consultations, in particular, saw a 67% increase. 

In July 2023, Dialogue was acquired by Sun Life for an undisclosed sum, expanding its reach beyond Canada. This expanded service reach was estimated to cover an additional 600,000 members in the US. The acquisition was completed in October 2023, with Dialogue continuing to operate as a standalone entity.
