Agiloft

Founded in 1991 and formerly known as EnterpriseWizard, Agiloft is global leader in contract management and commerce lifecycle management (CLM) solutions. It launched its no-code solution in 2011, which offers a platform to develop, automate, and manage contracts and CLM, using artificial intelligence. The platform allows users to customize contracts and commerce workflows across legal, procurement, and sales functions using pre-built and custom modules. It had over 600 customers as of August 2020, including government agencies, academia, and small enterprises and large enterprises including Roche, Honeywell, Timex, NASA, and Mitsubishi.In August 2020, Agiloft raised USD 45 million in growth equity from FTV Capital in its first external funding since inception. The company has reported profitability business and will use the funding to accelerate product development and expand its geographic presence.Agiloft reported a 124% year-over-year (YoY) increase in new sales in 2020 and expanded its workforce by about 40%. In 2020 the company also released two major product enhancements including an upgraded interface, more functions, and better usability.
