Kiddo is a pediatric connected care platform that empowers caregivers, providers, and payors with whole-child insights via the Kiddo Health app. The insights are then shared with the child's care team to help make more informed decisions, lower costs, and improve health outcomes. Kiddo serves at-risk children aged two to 15 who require proactive and continuous care due to chronic conditions such as asthma, heart disease, autism, diabetes, and congenital heart disorders.

The Kiddo platform integrates remote patient monitoring (RPM) for children, a coaching app for parents, on-demand telehealth services, and clinical decision support for medical providers. It monitors key vitals through five clinical-grade sensors that track heart rate, temperature, SpO2, perspiration, and motion. The mobile app allows parents and caregivers to better understand their child's daily health needs, track reports and care protocols, and receive alerts and recommendations.

Kiddo's RPM platform is backed by a secure blockchain and multi-cloud-based data analytics engine that can seamlessly integrate into telehealth platforms, EMRs, and clinician workflows. With Kiddo, patients are guided to the appropriate points of care, while doctors and therapists use real-time data to improve diagnosis, personalize treatment plans, and provide remote clinical decisions. The platform has been shown to improve treatment adherence by over 50% and reduce unnecessary ER and physician visits by 2x.

Kiddo acquired FDA Class I certification and has partnered with over seven health systems, benefits providers, and foundations across the US and Canada, including UHC/Optum and PC Health. The HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR compliant platform is HSA/FSA eligible and FCC, CE, and IEC certified.

Key customers and partnerships

In January 2024, Kiddo announced a partnership with Raven Health to integrate daily biometric trend analysis with in-session therapy data for the autism industry, enabling clinical teams, health plans, and caregivers to access tracked observable behavior and daily biometric vital trends for pediatric patients.
